I don't know how much informantion you want or need.  The tenent has not paid rent since september, has created unsafe conditions in the apartment, tried to kill our dog by tying a small gas can, with gas in it, to the dogs outside leash.  She won't pay anything, she owes over $4000 and won't pay because we are trying to evict her.  Now she is sueing us for $1000 for lying to her about a lease, which we would not do, and harrassing her.
