There are two points on my insurance that AAA is refusing to remove. Traffic school was completed. DMV says there are no points and the DMV print out shows that traffic school was completed. AAA doesn't abide by what the DMV says. Why do traffic school if insurance companies want to charge the highter rate for 3 years?? Very frustrating. DMV agrees that this ALWAYS happens. This needs to be made right. AAA, and other companies should acknowlege that traffic school was completed and this is a state department. Who are they to above the state guidelines?Greedy is what it is on the consumer!! I am asking that this be a class action suit and I want all of my money from 3 years ago returned to me. Consumers shouldn't be taken advantage of because we have to have auto insurance.
