How can I file a suit against AAA Insurance?

There are two points on my insurance that AAA is refusing to remove. Traffic school was completed. DMV says there are no points and the DMV print out shows that traffic school was completed. AAA doesn't abide by what the DMV says. Why do traffic school if insurance companies want to charge the highter rate for 3 years?? Very frustrating. DMV agrees that this ALWAYS happens. This needs to be made right. AAA, and other companies should acknowlege that traffic school was completed and this is a state department. Who are they to above the state guidelines?Greedy is what it is on the consumer!! I am asking that this be a class action suit and I want all of my money from 3 years ago returned to me. Consumers shouldn't be taken advantage of because we have to have auto insurance.

Addressing Your Insurance Concerns

We understand your frustration with AAA Insurance and their refusal to remove points from your policy despite your completion of traffic school. The fact that the DMV confirms there are no points on your record only adds to the confusion. It's natural to question the fairness of insurance companies charging higher rates for three years, even when state guidelines have been followed. Let's explore possible legal solutions to your issue.

Legal Solutions: Taking Action Against AAA Insurance

Before proceeding with a lawsuit, it's essential to exhaust all available options. Here are some steps to consider:

  1. Contact AAA Insurance's customer service and escalate the issue to a higher authority within the company.
  2. File a formal complaint with your state's Department of Insurance.
  3. Consult with a lawyer specializing in insurance disputes to evaluate your case and explore the possibility of a class action lawsuit.

By pursuing these options, you may be able to resolve the issue without resorting to legal action. However, if necessary, you can also compare lawyers in your area to find the best lawyers to represent your case.
