I was picked up from my house by the feds, they had a warrant for me. They locked me up and I ended up in st. Genevieve mo.,I have congestive heart failure an in largde heart and a broken leg,I’m on disability for my situation. I made it known as soon as I got there,I had medication with me,they said I couldn’t take it because it said it was out of date. They didn’t have my medication for at least 3 days,I was swollen up from my feet to my legs badly. They finally got some medication but it was not what I was prescribed so I told them I wasn’t fina take new medication that was never prescribed to me before. I told them to take me to the hospital they refused but took me out of population and put me in a cell by myself and watched me on camera.
It was 60 degrees or less in that cell,I couldn’t feel my legs or toes. I finally past out and fell on the floor after I threw up,I came to after about 5m they came in about an hour later and said get up like I was faking I yelled and said I need the hospital they kept me in there for two more days I was so swollen I busted,my feet busted literally,I layer in throw up for 24hours they then after 2 days took me to the hospital. The doctor their was crazy he started giving me diaristics without giving me potassium that can kill anyone, diaretics strips your body of potassium and if your levels are off it can kill you. He refused to listen and gave me no potassium. He prescribed me different medication then what my specialist gives me and I told him no this is not my normal medication I don’t know what this is he said we’ll take it anyway. They refused to feed me at the hospital but would feed the guards, the guards would talk about black inmates and how they would wait to bust their heads and discipline them, one guard said I can’t wait to hang my noose up on the wall over their right in front of me I thought I was going to loose my life because of the medication or them killing me or me being put in a situation where I half to defend myself against them and of course know one would believe me and and I’d get a 100 years.
Then after the hospital stay I was still swollen they took me back to jail I kept telling them once I get to this point my legs will not go down they half to work on me at the hospital to get the water off me. They refused to let me stay and they took me back 2 to three days later same situation all the way around I went back to the hospital this time they kept me and got the water of my legs and feet. Then they got sick of me because I made so many complaints and they refused to give me my medication and the food their couldn’t sustain a healthy diet like I needed so they all the sudden transferred me. I went to court they denied me getting a bond even tho the people that worked under the judge and everyone els felt it be ok and wanted to give me a bond and I told the judge how Iv been going back and forth to the hospital because of all that’s going on the judge still said no bond. Another thing my leg is broken and they had no handy-capable transport so every time they transported me they would push my leg in and I would yell and plead and they would not listen all I could do is cry in the back seat from all the pain. They transferred me to cape girarldoue mo., same thing happened there. I want to see the county and the county jail.
