My husband had been being bullied by several of the guards at the jail and one of the supervisors was really harassing him had he had wrote me about this in several letters and also talked to me about it over the phonemy husband I didn't was unaware that he had tried to commit suicide a couple of weeks previous to this and then there is so many discrepancy with all of the paperwork. I did have an attorney but he dropped me because I was no longer available to do his leg work I guess he said it was for other reasons but I don't feel that it was for what he said it was and his paralegal told me that I really should get someone else to look at it I had some family issues that was on made it to where I was unable to to take care of this any sooner than this but with the pandemic and all and the attorney I had he wasted a year and a half of my time I am now on the verge of losing my timeline for it now that they've started it all the court systems back up I need help from an attorney just to make me understand if nothing else I have all the paperwork from the past attorney the reason why my husband was being harassed was because of an incident that involved one of the the supervisor and a CO that she had ordered them to press charges on my husband for an assault on an Leo when when the day my husband died I have ran across people who was in jail at the same time with my husband and have given me a completely different story than what the the detectives did and all of what that witnesses said were all almost the same with each one and none of them knew each other or barely knew each other I think my husband may have been raped while he was also there and they had tried to turn it around to being my husband was sexually harassing people but that's not the way the paperwork says it shows him as being the victim there has been other people that have died in Butler county from injuries or suicide also and the same officers are always involved you would think that someone else would have already put two and two together on this and these officers would have already been reprimanded by now but they haven't I want Justice for my husband his civil rights have been violated and now mine are being violated to by then brushing it under the rug as if my husband was to blame yes he was a criminal but he still has rights he was a human being he was my husband he was my granddaughter's Papa and she loved him very much we all did
