Will my alimony still be in effect if I move to another state?

Location: California, San Jose  |  Law type: Divorce attorneys

Husband is forcing sale of my home. Home was built by and owned by my Grandparents. We were gifted 25% interest and my parents had 75% interest, after the grandparents death. We refinanced and removed parents name from home. The 75% interest was my I inheritance but I cant prove that.He is forcing me to sell the house and I have no where to live and no money to move. He also wants " rent" for staying in the house and I own it. If I am forced to sell, will I still get alimony if I move out of state, to Nevada?
