my 5 children has been removed from my home august,12,2020 in result of an negative/positive drug screen after giving birth to my baby girl August 5th 2020.her meconium drug screen tested positive for thc and meth.drug tests from me before I gave birth were negative nd daughters as well urine reflex tests.its been 6 months doing services and visits with kids nd nothing so we decided to go family drug court program hearing that would be our best chances getting kids back.with different cps workers GAL ect.02/08/21 was our immediate review hearing which my daughter's father attended at judges request.explained situation to him and of his rights and option my x bf told judge he understood and that he just wanted kids back with me no matter wat.it made me very uncomfortable hearing that cps worker called up my x introducing himself to my x like this was first time meeting him and that he wanted to interview him regarding the case of only my our 2 daughters leaving my 3 other kids out.he specifically said he needed to interview him being that he is my x bf and my daughter's cps worker?cps worker knowingly doing so just 2 days before myself and current partners hearing for family drug court on friday????something not right and I know it I can't put my finger on it...why would cps worker do that? for what ??I want to know or have an idea of how his actions will affect me nd getting my kids back.please help me to understand and see how I can better prepare myself for the unexpected bs that's about to come my way.i just want my kids back and their making it shall I say trying really hard to make it difficult for me to do so the closer I'm getting to get my kids back.please help me with advice to my situation.thank you
