One day my son had came home to tell me that he had rode his bike accidentally in some concrete that he did not know was wet. This was done toward the end of the drive way and you can see where the bike started to ride up and turned around and went back out. Remind you there was no barrier up to prevent anyone or anything to go in the area. We live in a new neighborhood with about 30-40 house and new construction is still going on and still has never put anything up to prevent it again. So fast forward i get a call saying that my child 13 years old had a warrant out for his arrest and i was so confused because i had no clue what was going on. From this point i just want a ideal of what i should do or who i could contact to represent or help me with this situation?
