My neighbor is placing dead animals along the fence line that seperates our property. I have had problems with the neighbor in the past and I cannot communicate with them. I did have a deputy come out and he did go speak with them but, he didn't let me know what they said. The rotting animal is still in the same location.
What can I do legally to have this stopped? Seems to me his actions is stopping me from the enjoyment of my property.
