I plead guilty in 2017 to a drug charge for possession as well as Reckless conduct I got given a special conditions discharge with my 4th amendment waves and the stipulations being that I could not violate even with the technical or I was up for resentencing well later on the following year I did violate and cotton you missing your charges which I have handled and was released again with my probation still intact due to the circumstances of my living arrangements and small child who as a result of this original incident I no longer have custody of because my question is to handle my vop without causing me to possibly get sent to prison for the rest of my probation. Which is less than a year and with little to minimum jail time because again I have a 2 year old Who I Am The Sole Provider and caregiver for my mother has custody but does not maintain his life it's solely for the legalities
A criminal defense lawyer is a lawyer (mostly barristers) specializing in the defense of individuals and companies charged with criminal activity. Some criminal defense lawyers are privately retained, while others are employed by the various jurisdictions with criminal courts for appointment to represent indigent persons; the latter are generally called public defenders. The terminology is imprecise because each jurisdiction may have different practices with various levels of input from state and federal law or consent decrees. Some jurisdictions use a rotating system of appointments with judges appointing a private practice attorney or firm for each case. Source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Criminal_defense_lawyer
