So I took possession of a piece of property of which there was and is a mortgage that was yet to be pre-foreclosed in September 2018. Had issues assuming the mortgage because my attorney SamSaad felt best to go to auction.... now as I am just in contact with Lien holder for me to assume the mortgage. Well I’ve asked him throughout this whole process if auction was truly our only option I had a shored me we had no other options to pursue so I started digging and looking and searching coming up with other ways for him to attempt to obtain the debt. So basically my lawyer made an offer of 120,000 and it was denied and since then he has allowed this property to go all the way to auction as of this August my home will possibly be taken from me. The property was actually condemned upon obtaining. I personally $30,000 later have brought the property out of condemnation and I am in the process of relieving the Property of astronomical fees from the county as well that will be forgiven if I obtain the mortgage

Well now that we’re 90 days or less away from auction my lawyer decides that he doesn’t like me asking him to do what I need him to to obtain this property so I need help ASAP
