Location: Illinois | Law type: trusts & estate planning... Answer!
Hello, my father recently passed, and I am his son. There is a trust that my home is titled in. My dad informed me
that I would be the beneficiery of the land trust. How do I get my home out of the trust and retitled into my name?
Does it have to go thru probate? Is it part of my dads estate? Can I legally obtain a copy of the trust?
Thank you for any help you can provide
