the neighbor behind us has 100 acres he bought from my father in law. The land has an easement but he has used our drive since he bought it because it was there and the rd my father in law used. The 100 acres has its own easement.
he has used the property for hunting and enjoyment. this yr he has decieded to farm it and now has equipment coming and going on our drive and across our cattle guards. the way i understand it if he has his own easement we don't have to allow him to use our drive, but wanted to clarify. I don't know where to start.
