Husband had been going to the same group of doctors for 20 urars for the same problem.  Followed all advice  and apts. Doctors  continued to send to different  doctors within the group , doing different procedures.  But never gave a diagnosis.  Followed doctors advice for surgeries.  In which the outcome made my husband worse then when he came in. No advise. Just we don't  know. When going to another doctor outside of the group. Doctor basically stated that he wasn't confident with that doctors  advise and recommended another  doctor  within his group. Who then advised us that there was a possibility of a disease.  Which he then asked for a mri and cat scan. Waited to hear back , time went by no follow up, we had to try to follow up but no answer.  Had an apt.woth pain mgmt.  In a local hospital, in which my husband  was so bad that he was unable to make it back into the car. Ended up in emergency room? Then was admitted.  Doctors ordered mris and cay scans and were able to give a diagnosis within 3 days.  Which recommended more surgery.  In which we need the original  surgeon to either do another surgery or sign off. Which we don't want him to finish or do because of lack of confidence and unsure of what they have put us through  over the years with them. He had said he would meet us at the hospital today . Never showed  or call to reschedule.  Never contacted  us or the in house neosurgen. This is how they have also treated my husband after each surgery.  Mo follow up protocol. No call backs. Nothing . When we try to reach office. There is always someone  answering  once you get past all the digital information.  But no one follows up within a week. Its always weeks later. Apts are always 6 to 8 weeks out no matter your condition or ability to get to these apts.
