my daughter has a 9 month old baby , she has done a 120 on this case a year and a half ago. she is having a hard time making it to some of her classes and fullfilling her requirements due to the baby and no transportation. she is a wonderful mother but struggles outside of motherhood because of severe anxiety and ptsd and bpdisorders that make it hard for her to function outside of the home. she is truly a good person and is not your everyday criminal or thug but she struggles with assosciation and caring to much and wanting to help everyone. she has tried so hard to get her life together after losing custody of her 3 older children and now trying to raise her 9 month old daughter without any support or transportation. she was violated for a dirty ua and for rules violations, i believe they are for dirty ua and for missing some classes and for moving to springfield when she got a 2 day illegal eviction in wright co a few months ago and had to pack up and move instantly. i know this sounds bad but honestly she does not belong in prison , she is the community mom type who cares for everyone but she does struggle with drug use and self medicating. however she doesnt do criminal type behaviors and she is a very loving and good mother. i was head of the libertarian party in missouri years ago and i protested some things about the jail in wright county a few years ago and was making a big deal about it and stirring up attention to the civil rights violations going on there and they went to green county and arrested my daughter, revoked her probation and put my grandkids in wright county dfs where they claimed the children resided. they fostered them to a douglas county sherrifs deputy . they made sure that 365 days later they terminated her rights and adopted them to that family. we struggle every day to come to grips with that and we have been convinced and learned to keep quiet and even told by jailers in wcj that they were told to make things hard on us. the list goes on and on about civil rights violations and injustices and the aclu would have helped us but we were convinced to chicken out on following up because at the time she was pregnant with this last grandchild and we didnt want to risk losing her after the threats made by dfs and other county people. but todays issue is truly just needing representation to continue her or keep her out of prison so she can raise this last precious baby, the only one we have left out of four children that we adored and loved so much. please if anyone will take a 200 dollar down payment to help her please contact her at 417 631 6107 or me at 417 683 1505 . thank you.
A criminal defense lawyer is a lawyer (mostly barristers) specializing in the defense of individuals and companies charged with criminal activity. Some criminal defense lawyers are privately retained, while others are employed by the various jurisdictions with criminal courts for appointment to represent indigent persons; the latter are generally called public defenders. The terminology is imprecise because each jurisdiction may have different practices with various levels of input from state and federal law or consent decrees. Some jurisdictions use a rotating system of appointments with judges appointing a private practice attorney or firm for each case. Source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Criminal_defense_lawyer
