Mom had a stroke. She lived for a month. The very first night she was in the ER my sisterAnd brother in law come to our house that me and mom have lived in from 1978 till today and they took her car and her purse . Then she was power of attorney. Then the day she died she was no longer power of attorney. But she is personal rep. They have done a few shady things like bought mom's car bought a 1000 dollar dog. I feel that the estate should be supervised by the court
