I purchased my house from a builder, new house never been lived in, back in May 2019.
I had problems from the start with the garage, the staircase, windows; the builder looked at and said he would fix but
never did. I contacted my insurance, they inspected the house, said there are construction faults and it is the builders
responsibility to fix, not my insurance company. I cannot talk to the builder as we had put signs up in the yard saying do not buy from this builder etc. and I was sent a letter from the builders lawyer telling me to take down the signs or be sued and not to contact the builder.
my last resort is now to try to get my problems fixed by contacting a lawyer to send a letter to the builders.
