My name is Blanca Yanez. I am writing in reference to a urgent legal notice letter I received from your office yesterday. The notice is regarding my property that was in Foreclosure & Auction off by my Lender and Sold on October 30th. Now Bank-Owned. I was in a Loss Mitigation Process and in communication with the account manager associated with my mortgage loan but still my home was auction off and sold by my lender.
I will attach some proof. Fay Servicing has been very hard to work with I've submitted a application almost once a month for a loan modification as they would requested me to do so. I would submit the documentation needed they would always delay in response or when needing a certain missing document they would send really short notice. For example in this letter that I'm sending they're stating that they want some documentation that is needed to complete the process but they are sending it on October 24th dated on the letter and the letter says that the documentation must be received by October 25th when I did not receive the letter until October 29th.
