If Arizona is ultimately an "employment at will" state, how strong is one's position as a medical marijuana card holder if an issue arises?

I know that its illegal to inquire about someone having the card but can an employer harass you with random drug tests, assuming you use?  (all under the guise of following handbook rule of reserving the right for random testing). Employment law cases are difficult in "right to work" ..or " employment at will" states aren't they?
