I was pulled over and wrongfully arrested and held in jail for apparently eluding in a vehicle about a month prior to me getting pulled over and arrested... I was at home with my wife at the time the crimes took place. I am pleading not guilty to all crimes and taking this case to the jury to ve judged and when found not guilty I am suing for wrongful arrest and incarceration, lost of my job because of all this and sitting in jail for an extended amount of time, emotional distress like everytime I go outside I'm . Fear of being harrassed or wrongfully arrested again and going to jail again...the offer and report said the have a picture of me driving the night of the accused eluding took place and when I seen it it's just the bottom half of the suspect's face it didnt even look like me..."to me the pic looks like a "Spanish white male" the pictures was from a traffic cam and is very poor quality at that, I was not aware it was legal to or even allowed to arrest people on just a halfass picture of someone but I thought u needed proof and facts for a arrest and conviction but maybe I'm wrong on that one idk..because I was arrested and incarcerated and then lost my job and am still fighting this case as of right now so I need a lawyer asap so after we w . This stupid case which we will I can then start my other cases against the city and police department and will give you an agreed percentage of the money when we win those cases as well... Thank you .
A criminal defense lawyer is a lawyer (mostly barristers) specializing in the defense of individuals and companies charged with criminal activity. Some criminal defense lawyers are privately retained, while others are employed by the various jurisdictions with criminal courts for appointment to represent indigent persons; the latter are generally called public defenders. The terminology is imprecise because each jurisdiction may have different practices with various levels of input from state and federal law or consent decrees. Some jurisdictions use a rotating system of appointments with judges appointing a private practice attorney or firm for each case. Source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Criminal_defense_lawyer
