We received the vehicle on 3/15/22. We knew the same day that it did not work. We contacted the company the next day and they suggested that we hire a mechanic for diagnostics. They said it is probably something simple. They asked us to locate the fuel pump and tap it. We were unable to locate the fuel pump. We contacted multiple mechanics, all of whom said they didn't know anything about this brand of golf cart. Two different mechanics, nevertheless, agreed to come out to take a look at it and were unable to determine the problem. The first mechanic asked that they provide a workshop manual and Zach said there is no workshop manual. I have tried to get John in the parts department at Great Sports to contact the mechanic to discuss it and I have tried to get the mechanic to call them, but I can't seem to get anywhere with it. I have asked them to refund our money and they refused. We have driven it around the neighborhood several times in hopes that there is dirt somewhere that will dislodge and allow it to function properly but that hasn't worked. The vehicle stalls every 1/4 mile or so. It is not drivable as it presents a hazard. I have complained to the Attorney General and await a response and I have also complained to the BBB. Great Sports has responded and they have misrepresented the facts. I am at a loss for the next step and I could really use a hand.
