How do I obtain the court ordered, shared parenting agreement, life insurance beneficiary money from my ex-husband's new wife, Angela John, who is the fiduciary of his will?

Location: Ohio  |  Law type: trusts & estate planning...

REFERENCE CASE NO 2017EST - Christopher S. John.  I am the mother of Chris's minor child - Kyle John.  Chris was "court-ordered" to list me as the beneficiary of any life insurance policy he received from his employer or obtained on his own until Kyle turns 18.  Kyle was 17 when his father died.  I have not been contacted by his executor/fiduciary - Angela John - as of this date.  Chris died on 10/29/2017.  Chris was required to pay or provide 50% of Kyle's expenses, medical bills, housing, education, general maintenance etc. until he turned 18.  Kyle was not allowed to live with his father and new wife, Angela, since he was 14 years old.  I have provided 100% of Kyle's expenses, housing, medical bills, clothing, etc since he was 14 years old and told by Christopher to live with his mother (Mary Disbennett) as he was not welcome in his house any longer.  I have sent Angela medical bills (receipts), expenses that Chris was required to pay 50% of on two separate occasions to no avail.  What can I do to enforce the court ordered requirement of the shared parenting agreement? Please call or email me with an explanation as to why I haven't received the life insurance money that Chris was court ordered to pay.
