A few weeks prior to his passing, my uncle, who was in sound mind right up to his death, discussed several contents of his will with me. He indicated that he was leaving a substantial portion of his estate for me to manage and that in the event of his passing, I would receive a call from his lawyer. As a matter of fact, he was at his attorney's office when he made on of his calls to me to inform me of some changes that he was making to his will.
However, after my uncle's death in August 2021, my cousin was the one to get in touch with me. What I found extremely suspicious is that after giving me several conflicting stories about who all are named in my uncle's will, he finally disrespectfully stated that my uncle left everything for his mother, and no one will be allowed to see the will. This was next to impossible because my uncle made it clear to me that he was disgusted with both my cousin and his mother because they were opportunists, etc. so there is no way that he would have left everything for her that he had worked so hard for all of his life.
Since then, my cousin, who had been sharing a room for several years, and worked as just a handyman in a small clothing store, suddenly could afford to live in a studio apartment and changed his name on social media to DJ Rich Kid. In addition to this, he started posting on social media several entertainment events in different states that he sponsored. I also have in my possession a recording of a very suspicious phone call between the same cousin and my uncle's lawyer, the contents of which I interpret to mean that they were colluding. These along with other evidence lead me to believe that my cousin and my uncle's lawyer colluded to divvy up the finances my uncle left behind, which he had indicated to me were a few million dollars, as he once told me "I will make you a millionaire." I need to see my beloved uncle's will to ensure that his last wishes will be executed. I would be grateful for guidance on this matter.
