CPS was involved and in April 2018 my rights were terminated. I do not have a relationship with foster placement parents. I was incarcerated since then and am now in spiritually based transitionally living home with 9 months clean and sober. The kids are not adopted yet and I want them back or at least visitation? Everyone says no hope? Is their anything I can do?
Quick reply - visitation rights have been terminated:
Termination of parental rights is the legal process where the court ends the parent-child relationship between a child and one or both of the child’s parents. If your parental rights have been terminated by a court of law or your children have been legally adopted, in most states there is no provision for reinstating parental rights or reversing an adoption decree except under certain circumstances such as fraud, duress, coercion, etc. Source: https://texaslawhelp.org
