As stated above, their contract states 3 days to change your mind. On day two I told them, “hold off on everything”. The lady I am working with claims it was day three and will not return my money. The salesman told me there will be a 25% “re-stocking fee from my $6,700 for new quartz countertops. I have emails stating they have done no work. How can I get a full refund? I don’t want to deal with this company. Can anyone please help me?
The day I signed the contract was Wednesday 12/16/20 on Friday 12/18/20 I said “hold off on everything”. The person I talked to, Lisa, claims it was Monday 12/21/20 that I told her to hold. Isn’t that still the three days, weekends don’t count on a business contract, right?
The owner of the company Chris Stewart can only be contacted on LinkedIn, so I have not reached out to him. I’m not even sure what lawyer I need to contact, contract law, construction law? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
