Me and my fiance was charged but the difference is she was charged with a possession I was charged with a possession with purpose to deliver we got pulled over and when we got pulled over they asked to search the vehicle I had nothing on me but she had a little bit in her pocket after they realized it wasn't anything in the vehicle there was registered in my name they started interrogating harassing me to where we told them there was some at the room which all together is less than 3.5 g but my fiancee tried to inform them that the stuff was hers and they completely ignored everything that she said and incriminated me on everything that I have said and I had numerous amount of times tried to speak with my public defender about the situation but she isn't trying to work with me rather than she's trying to give me to take a plea and I don't want to take no plea for something I am innocent on or especially the fact that they're trying to disregard everything to try to paint it around on me
