My name is Ira Carter, I live in canton Michigan,([email protected]). I am a 46 year old,  20 year employee at BCBSM with no disciplinary actions. However, I cannot get out of my department or get a promotion I have applied for over 220 positions within the company with 2 interviews over the last 6 years (one in my own department). I work in the small confined room with 2 to 3 people daily and take two different medications for it. I have taken a total of 3 months off for this issue, only for the medicine to work. I
