Do I need to do anyhing?

Location: Missouri  |  Law type: Child & family lawyers

My children's father and I went to court almost a year ago. We did mediation one year ago. We had agreed to supervised visits via Hope House and then to go back to mediation. He has switched several visits from in person to virtural. If zoom was not an option, he would have lost his visiting rights. We have gone through this once before with him. At this time I have not done anything as I do not wish to change our visits. Do I need to file something? Or can I just wait him out to be served?
