To whom it may concern;
Dentistry's process was; get my insurance card, call the insurance and let me know what is covered and how much will I have to pay. All good, I paid what I need it and when I got back for additional work I was told that I owe over $!000 for work on my last tooth. I waited for 30min for them to figure out where that number comes from. Ultimately their administrator made mistake and dentist called me in his office to apologize and let me know they will work on it. They cut the cost to $500...I did not do anything wrong and I am still charged for it.
What would be the best next step to take?
