Can you sue the city for destruction of your property?

When the city put the new snake bridge in it caused all the concrete in and around my home to crack because of the vibration from semi trucks and other big trucks,  Never had any trouble with basement flooding in over 30 years, now it floods after heavy rain and spring thaw We have to look 5 ways when backing out of driveway,( they knew the danger because they put in a so called turn around in our yard for free). The driveway is sinking in areas. The ceiling tiles in the upstairs bedroom came falling down. Have to have my doors adjusted at least every 2 years. The city does not maintain their land as to trimming the bushes along 17th Ave. resulting in it being more dangerous to back out of driveway. We've been trimming them all this time. My husband's un expected death pushed me over the edge and I had a heart attack due to stress and strain caused by that damn road. There is more but, I think you get the jist of it. I cannot keep up with the constant repairs. I need help and the city refuses to do anything. Oh, 3 vehicles that I've seen missed the corner and ended up in my yard.

Quick reply - destruction of my property:

Pay attention to Wisconsin's statute of limitations, or your property damage lawsuit could be over before it even gets started. In Wisconsin, the general statute of limitations for misdemeanors (destruction of your property) is 3 years, while the generic limitations period for felonies is 6 years.
