I currently work at a halfway house in about a month ago I made it off color comment to a male resident. we both start laughing but my operations manager said that I'm not supposed to make a comment like that, at which time I apologize to the resident several times. the resident said that I'm good and he looked at my operations manager and said that I am a good guy.
so on August 16th 2022, I went to work it was called into the human resources office. they brought up the incident that occurred a month ago and are incorporating it into an incident that happened on Sunday August 14th. the incident that happened on August 14th is a lie that my coworker is saying about me that I referenced her breast like my question is can they use that incident from a month ago even though there is no paperwork on it and even though my manager always spoke to me about it shouldn't that be a done deal.
