I am in the process of separating with my husband and he has drawn up some divorce papers "just in case". I would really like for them to be looked over by someone that knows the process before I sign them. They look good to me but I am uncertain and need to make sure that everything is covered. I am also no longer staying in our home and would like to know if i can legally room with a friend while we are trying to figure out what it is we are going to do, as of right now, I have been staying at an extended stay for the past 2 weeks and that is quite expensive.
I basically just need some guidance to make sure I am doing everything correct and as to not hurt either of us.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
