Hi, please allow me to go directly to the point. Our apartment complex forces us to get cable even if we don't use and need it with the internet. I feel it suppresses my freedom to choose my own internet service provider. I have no choice but to pay twice as much for my internet. When I moved in to the said apartment complex this was not the situation. I can choose a cheaper internet provided before. But after a while the apartment implemented this. I felt tricked into this trap. The worst part is, the service is utterly sucks. Customer service is rude because they are aware we can't do anything but just to complaint. Service interruption here and there even on a weekend where you need most often to pay bills and settle financial matters, not even a warning :( This seems to be starting to be a common practice for big companies to suck more money from the poor. Is this even legal? Kindly advice.
