(New Jeep & Mercedes Benz) I panicked and left. The cop came to my house. I was still crying. I cooperated fully. Crash report and investigation finalized on scene. Cop explained “she got scared and didn’t know what to do” Got a careless driving ticket and leaving the scene. No injuries. My Insurance is taking care of damages. 12 years ago I got a DUI guilty and a hit and run withhold adjudication. Some weed possession charges around same time. And a false police report charge because an ex boyfriend threatened me and 2 weeks after I became a victim advocate since he tried to kill me.( my reason) the problem is I have a criminal history.
