Bank of america took $5000 off my edd account even though I didn't have it on there so they took it out anyway taking my $440 I did have on the card away from me giving me a minus $4,000 in my account so they went back and they said that there was a $5,000 credit that they had given me last year and they gave me $5,000 cash over a claim that I've never made and they realized that it was their mistake they sent me a letter from last Friday telling me that they were going to credit my account in two business days it's been a week and I still haven't got it yet I've called every day since the 23rd when all this happened and I'm not getting any any anything getting done about it thank you and because of them taking that $1900 I can't pay my bills truck is up for repo
