I was hit in the head by a ladder in July of 2019, a 20ft ladder was dropped on my head. I contacted an attorney later that year when it became apparent to me that I had some lasting effects from the injury, specifically head aches, ringing in the ears and depression along with some ptsd from the injury, a lack of being able to concentrate and focus like before the incident, my balance and strength on my right side has been affected. My attorney ran me through a battery of professionals and testing, I was told that I had TBI, probably mild by some. I had an MRI that showed that I had an injury that had caused bleeding on the brain. However a couple of neuropsychologists have now said I am malingering and do not have TBI, so basically from what my attorney has said, they don't believe I have be injured all that badly. They person that dropped the ladder admits they did it. Do I contact another attorney or ??? P. Stevens email is email@example.com
