BECAUSE OF HIS INCOMPETENCE I POTENTIALLY LOST ABOUT $180,000 FROM A LAWSUIT HE WAS SUPPOSED TO REPRESENT ME IN.  He would not communicate with me when i had questions. the only way I could find out anything about my case was to look at the court website for progress. He consistently refused to answer my calls or texts. the only way i could talk to him was to surprise him in his office when he wasn't expecting me. The only way i could get him to do anything was to get in his face and chastise him for his failures. He consistently failed to file paperwork with the courts or was so late in filing that every segment…

RUN AWAY FROM THIS LAWYER!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE HIM!!! BECAUSE OF HIS INCOMPETENCE I POTENTIALLY LOST ABOUT $180,000 FROM A LAWSUIT HE WAS SUPPOSED TO REPRESENT ME IN. 

He would not communicate with me when i had questions. the only way I could find out anything about my case was to look at the court website for progress. He consistently refused to answer my calls or texts. the only way i could talk to him was to surprise him in his office when he wasn't expecting me. The only way i could get him to do anything was to get in his face and chastise him for his failures. He consistently failed to file paperwork with the courts or was so late in filing that every segment of my lawsuit was finally dismissed. HE ADMITTED TO ME AND ITS HAS BEEN AUDIO RECORDED (WITH HIS PERMISSION) THAT HE HAS FAILED IN PROVIDING DUE DILIGENCE  IN REPRESENTING ME. 

He has already been repremanded by the Attorney Grievance Commission because of his lack of representation and due diligence with his clients. I'm sure he will probably receive additional complaints in the near future, not only due to my complaints but there have to other people out there that have had my same experience. 

What ever you do, do not use this attorney!!!!
