Rainboldt is a bad lawyer. I requested guardianship of my mother & he took it upon himself to yell at me in front of my mother in his office & told me that he is appointing a conservator. $7500.00 later mom & me go speak with Mary Faulkner, attorney in Durant, I give her information on all my mother’s finances & interests & she charged me $3250.00 to talk for 30 minutes & type a simple 3 page report. I will fill out separate grievance form. Also, Theresa Mcgehee ,whom I use to go to the same church, lied/accused in a statement on a court document about me allegedly taking $4000.00 of my mother’s money
