I was shocked after this attorney, having a letter from my daughter's neurologist stating my daughter's disabilities and seizures, did not object or raise concern when the DA's attorney and the Judge began accusing her of "being under the influence" as she was going into a petit mal seizure from anxiety.  She has gone for way over a year without having any seizures and was just testifying in a case.  He sat back and allowed the abuse of my daughter to continue.  It's been over 2 weeks now and she has had anxiety and seizures every day since this.  He told me he had given a copy of this letter to the DA attorney Jenni Smith and Judge Dee Gay, yet they continued to accuse her of "being under the influence", not allowing her the time to get her thoughts together, as she is slow in her speech and has some learning disabilities.  A few years ago we were in Judge Gay's court getting an Order of Protection against an Illegal Alien who had sexually assaulted my daughter.  We did not file charges due to her anxiety and disabilities.  However this piece of low life would not leave her alone.  So we filed for a No Contact Order of Protection.  The top of the papers were stamped in red ADA.  Judge Gay did not have a clue what ADA was and talked down to her and when I tried to explain she had disabilities and was partially deaf, he told me to "shut up and sit down".  I was able to point to the ADA stamp and show an attorney I sat by.  She got up and got the Bailiff and court clerk, who got up and whispered to the judge, then his attitude changed.  I'm furious at the lack of concern John Pelligrin had for my daughter and her well being.  He might as well have gotten up with Jenni Smith and Judge Gay and beat her around the head - it wouldn't have caused any more damage than the three of them did.  He's a waste of skin.
