So, I have had this public pretender Dorenbusch for about 30 days now. In those 30 days I have had 1 return phone call and 0 communication as it pertains to a major charge against me. Has not asked me anything in regards to the charge and today is my pretrial. He told me that I would have to give the prosecutor 'something' in regards to the case with nothing being discussed. I am now looking into malpractice and considering also turning him into the disciplinary board for investigation. This is completely unacceptable for a attorney to imply I need to plea without seeing any kind of information at all, even from the state.The only reason why I have even met with him is because I showed up at his office. It makes me wonder how many times he has forced people to take a plea while 'representing' them.
