I was appointed Jonathan Warshaw in a up coming case for “attempted theft of means“ it’s been 3 months ago and still haven’t gotten a response for this Attny about what has he done to prepare for Trial. When I called down to the office and spoke to his receptionist and left a few messages with no call back or follow up the receptionist told me that “he doesn’t even return my messages” with great dissatisfaction because my future is on the line I offer to go down to the office to speak to mr. Warshaw myself where then I was falsely accused of threatening his receptionist, which I did not do and made the call from work so I also have a witness that was present there when I spoken to this person down at his office. Being falsely accused of theft of means and falsely accused of threats which I did not make and hope all or their phone calls are recorded really breaks my heart that the people that are practice law are willing to file false police report to put an ex- con who has served his time and has changed his life. I’m a Carpenter that is going to Grand Canyon University that has lease and car note every month that is a working class gentleman that committed a simple trespassing and vandalism both which were provoked to get the cops attention because I was being stalked and harassed by my enemy that tried to kill me back in 2001 by stabbing me 9 times and leaving me for dead. Which I put in prison for with the help of the state. No one would help me except for a Maricopia county sheriff who noticed the stalking behavior from the individuals that had been following me, in the town of Guadalupe on or around 11/9/2020 he was the only one to make a report. Tempe police did not place a report, Mesa police did not help me, Phoenix police did not take a report and these were all the law enforcement agencies that I had contacted, now I have been brought up on fake charges because I trespass on to company property and went through a unlocked vehicle to find a charger for my phone because no one would help me. I was treated very disrespectfully by this firm and I want to pay someone else representing me.
