Clay Jenkins is an Alcoholic and can not conduct business sober. He showed up to my medeation 1 hour late hung over and still drunk all hagard settling my case without my signature or permission, i am willing to bet, he and his accomplices took a bribe that day. He lied to the board as i filed my complaint against. I pray he looses his license and stop destroying peoples lives.
