The lawyer's work suggests that he is incompetent. I found myself not receiving the work results I expected from my lawyer. He approached me with wrong information, I had to do research to provide him with workable direction. He has strong logical reasoning, however, some of his concerns are imaginary rather than real. I found his concern hampered him making progress to deliver tangible work results. I sent email with concrete prioritized tasks to him, He asked his secretary to carry on certain task overlapping with effort I already accomplished concrete results. then billed me for the labor I asked him hands off. I felt I have been over charged for his poor services. I was frustrated with the lawyer's lack of organization.
I found this lawyer exaggerating his credential in living trust. I handed him a trust with two grant deeds involved. I gave him the easy one. I hired another lawyer to take over the trust property he felt difficult to move forward. This gentleman spent 5.6 hours for Deed Research without concluding presentable result. The 2nd lawyer spent 3 hours get to the bottom of issue. Again, This gentleman charged me 2.5 hours preparing preliminary ownership change, Change of Ownership due to Death of Owner, Claim for Reassessment exclusion for transfer between parent and Child form. The 2nd lawyer charged me less than a hour to complete similar result. this is an apple-to-apple cost comparison, real people and real money.
Regretfully I won't recommend this lawyer to any of my friends. I have no doubt this gentleman he is proud of what he does for a living. I just want to share my honest opinion with you. I observation is based on the recent services I got from this gentleman.
