Worked with A lawyer with this firm. The only time you want to see this person as a lawyer is when he is representing the other side. He will basically learn on the job while you pay him. He will do all kinds of legal work that will not make any difference to the outcome of your case and charge you for it — nor get your okay to do it. He will do things on your case that make HIM look good. For example, he told us that if we just give the person who sued us what she wanted, we would look good in the eyes of the Court. What!?!? If we gave the person what she wanted, we would never BE in front of that judge again. How would that be to our advantage? The only one who might “look good in the eyes of the Court” would be the Robson himself.
We never got a straight answer or a straight plan of action in our case. We would ask a specific question, and he would reply by answering a question we never asked — and he would charge us for it his response. He did work without getting an okay and in the end, we paid a sizable amount of money to basically settle the case to the plaintiff’s advantage. It seemed like he was not very experienced and he would rather give in to opposing counsel or suck up to the Court instead of actually representing us. I would run, not walk, away from this guy and, in turn, any firm stupid enough to hire him. Thank you.
