Alise Price Atty At Law

Alise Price will lie to the court and make up or change what you say.  She is a liar, unethical, unprofessional and goes outside the boundaries of her job.  Her job as a Parenting Coordinator (PC) is to settle monetary disputes between the 2 sides.  As a Parenting Coordinator (PC), she is not permitted to give advice to either side, yet she often gave advice to my ex, she is not to be repairing relationships, yet she attempted to force my child to meet with her father when Alise was told over and over that my child had no interest or desire to meet with him (again--not her job as a PC), she sided with him on every issue except one, wrote scathing comments about me in her report to the court, yet she didn't even once mention his name-calling of me, belittling, condescending attitude, his lies, and all of his games.  She was friends with the ex's attorney and this was an obvious case of "I'll scratch your back, if you scratch mine".  The ex's attorney fought and recommended Alise as a PC.  I found out later that they are friends, and it's apparent since the ex's attorney got her my case that Alise paid her back by siding with her client.  She called the ex's attorney multiple times yet she NEVER returned any of my attorney's emails or phone calls.  I suggested that she contact my attorney several times as well.  Recall, her job is to resolve monetary disputes--so why did she go to look at my Facebook page and include things I posted on Facebook in her report to the court.  But, she didn't look at the ex's Facebook account.  SHE IS UNETHICAL AND BIASED!  Alise also snapped and yelled when she was called out on her lies and blatant bias.  If you get her assigned as either a parenting coordinator or a GAL, fight to have her removed and request a different one.  Do as many other of her clients have suggested and file a complaint with the Ohio Bar association to help get Alise Price disbarred.  She is not only the most unethical attorney I've ever met, but also one of the most unethical people I've ever met.  She does not do her job.

Alise Price was appointed by the magistrate in our custody case.  She has been an attorney for over 20 years and still counts on the courts and friendships  for clients. That speaks volumes. She was illusive,  unconcerned or consistent,  did not follow protocol and blatantly lied under oath.  The list goes on. We went to the courts for help, what we got was targeted because we had the audacity to call the magistrates office when price took payment and dissappeared.  Our experience with her was deeply disturbing and very disappointing.  I write this not knowing if we will gain custody of our grandchildren who are being emotionally and verbally abused by an Aunt. It's almost crushing to rely on the unreliable with something so important.  I would never hire such a creature for any type of service, certainly not anything to do with children. What a disappointing experience.  Ick.
