1st attorney- Temp Order: X to pay house, utilities and car(car he bought me as a Christmas present)child support in the amount of $400.
Was devoured by X attorney. Child custody evaulation A child custody evaluation was requested by the judge since ex said I'm crazy and unable to take care of my children because I have epilepsy (he knew before marriage) as retaliation that I filed charges against him after he choked me and I told the court he was a drug addict.
2nd attorney- My Current attorney failed to modify temp orders to establish a temporary child support in the amount of $925 instead of $400 I
Evaulation results came back to my attorney on April 2017. I received them toward 03/18 with all sorts of discrepancies and recommendations by evaluator that are outrageous. He's the Saint since evaluator never gave me the time to show her evidence when she was at my home... etc I am the Bad One because I have seizures(controlled!!!)
My diagnosis is being as the sole basis to ruin my life.Did a whole rebuttal on the Evaluator's notes, errors, discrepancies, lack of evidence, etc. Told my attorney. I have the bullets, case laws, Law Language. No Mediation. Waste of money I don't have.
I've not set foot in court once with this attorney as I wanted my case heard before a judge of why my children deserve to primarily be with mom vs Dad, prove I have been the primary stay at home mom caregiver for all including my special needs baby, etc.
I met with attorney on March - said no Mediation. Friday 13 - Rule 11 Agreement a Motion for Mediation on my E-mail for May 2nd! Please Help. X Attorney is fierce.
