Hello, How are you today? I'm looking for legal advice on an on going case on my son, Morgan (case number is 656-2017-GM-00005). Back in January my son was removed from my home by his babysitter claiming I'm unfit. well as the hearing went on I lost my home and now residing in a one bedroom until housing gets me a voucher. On November 15th of this year my son was transferred in to my half brothers father and step mothers care, and the woman that took my son is asking for a reconsider from the court. My son, Morgan has been adjusting living with my half brothers parents and is happy. the woman, Anne Abbott hes been snooping around talking to their landlord and asking questions that don't concern her. she's making accusations and going on hear say. The reason I'm writing to you is to ask is their anything me and my Half brothers parents can do to keep my son with them? Them and I can not afford a lawyer and I'm so afraid of my family being ripped apart again. Anne Abbott has stated on and off record she wants to take my visitations away and place a no contact order on me and my family. We are running out of options. I can't lose my son. Please help and if you do know of a lawyer that will take a case for free I would really appreciate any info you could provide me. I know the state of New Hampshire doesn't really have free lawyers for family cases. Thank you for your time. Hope to speak with you soon. Signed Tanya M. Crotty
